Please note that we do NOT give refunds, but we happily do exchanges.
Can I exchange my order?
We will happily exchange any products that you have ordered on our website. Please note that this excludes Wedding dresses, formal wear and custom orders. These items are made upon order to your exact requirements and cannot be exchanged.
Courier fees for exchanges will be payable by the client. No refunds.
How long does shipping take?
South African Standard Delivery times: 2 – 3 Business Days.
Please note that the shipping times does not include the lead time for production
Can I place a custom order?
Yes you can! Follow the links on our home page to book a consultation or request a quote online for all custom orders.
